Word 2007 changes format of inserted Visio 2007 object

I have a Visio 2007 org chart inserted into W2007. When in Word, I change
text wrapping from "in front of text" to "in-line text," all the drawing's
bullets change from round filled circles to unfilled squares. YUK!

I need this editable within Word for other users and so do not want to place
a picture of the same drawing instead. Any ideas on why is this happening and
how can I prevent this?

Has anyone else run into this where Word changes an inserted object like
this? I posted on Visio's forum but the only suggestion to was to post on
Word forum since this is where the trouble lives.

I'd appreciate any suggestions; this seems twilight zone bizarre to me.
