Word 2007 Crash

When I close Word 2007, I get the following error:

Any ideas?

hpz3r4v6.dll is an HP file.

Please try uninstalling your HP printers/faxes.

Does the error go away?

Then try to reinstall your HP Printers/Faxes.

I've actually done that it creates greater problems than word crashing. So I
just finished reloading Windows XP SP2 and then loaded Office, then the
printer driver and I still get this error on a fresh load!!!!
