When I try to insert a crossreference to a figure or table in a word
document, the listing of available figures and tables is not accurate. Even
after updating the entire document, the list duplicates entries and omits
others. There is a general pattern to only listing entries that have an even
numbered suffix. Also, on a coworker's machine the hyphen that normally
separates the chapter and suffix (Figure 4-6 would appear as Figure 4-64-6).
This bug is terrible. I can't complete my requirements documents with this
problem.
