Word 2007, Dragon NaturallySpeaking Preferred 10, track changes automatically turned on

Everything works fine with both Word and Dragon together for at least a year,
and then suddenly under certain conditions the track changes feature in
Word will operate when you use Dragon. The track changes menu indicates
that track changes is not turned on. When you type on the keyboard track
changes is not active. But when you use Dragon everything comes out with
track changes active. If you restart the computer, then everything operates
correctly for a while. After you open other programs, this interaction
between Dragon and track changes reoccurs. If you turn track changes often
on manually, it has no effect on the way that track changes is activated by
Dragon. In other words, you cannot turn off the track changes that Dragon
is displaying.
