I've got a strange problem here at work. I've a user on Word 2007 who
after a few saves of a document get a very strange error. He opens it
up and it appears blank but text can be selected and there is a word
count. It show like everything is white text on a white background.
Changing the text colour makes no difference. The document is in
compatability mode and set to default save as a .doc. For the sake of
curiousity, I saved one of these documents as a docx after the
problem appeared and the page was complete with its page number. I.e.
every character on the page is a number with no formatting. So Page 1
is a page with the number 1 repeated though its entirety. Page 2 is
just the number 2, and so on.
Anyone got any ideas? I'm upgrading the user to SP1 for Office to see
if that may fix it.
