When I am in a word document in Word 2007, any pictures or graphics I insert
take a really long and laggy time to catch up to the movements and
adjustments I make. So when I am cropping and say grab the bottom line of
the cropping square to move it up, the line doesnt catch up to the mouse for
about 5 seconds, so I can't tell where my cursor is and makes it very
difficult to crop pics.
Same goes if I am resizing the pic. If I grab and drag from right corner to
make it smaller, I will move the mouse inward, but it takes about 5 seconds
for the actual pic to catch up to where the mouse is...
This does not happen at all if I save the document as a 97-2003 format.
Only does it if the document is 07 format. It never used to do this. I
reinstalled office and ever since then it has done this. I am using Small
Business edition. I have reinstalled 3 more times and it doesnt fix it...
I use this program constantly with graphic inserts as all I do all day for
work is create training modules and we use various pics in sections, so this
is a problem for me, especially since a lot of the shapes and graphs we
insert dont translate to the 97-03 version.
