Word 2007-how do i keep table from spliting across a page break?

Basically the same way as in previous versions: see

http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFldsFms/ControlPgBrksInTables.htm. But if
you're asking how to insert a manual page break without splitting the table,
don't insert a manual break; instead, format the top row of the second page
as "Page break before." This will not split the table.

The operations are the same in Word 2007; the only difference is how you get to
the Table Properties dialog -- when the cursor is in a table, click on the Table
Tools > Layout tab and then click the Properties button at the left end.
