Word 2007 - Microsoft Office Word has stopped working

When I close Word 2007 RTM in Vista RTM, I get the error
"Microsoft Office Word has stopped working"

I have even tried starting word in safe mode "winword.exe /s", but I still
get the same error.

As show below, there is a faulting error with MSO.dll. The error in the
Application Event Log is as follows:

Any ideas what could be casuing this? The problem only started to happen
recently.

I am getting the same error.

Adobe Acrobat 6 was installed - thought that might be the culprit. I
uninstalled that along with Office 2007 but it still crashes.

Have you tried starting using the /a switch? See
