When I set up a data base it saves into my data sources folder. I then can
perform a mail merge. Yesterday I made a new data base and it saved in my
data sources file as a MDB file and all of my previous data bases have now
converted to MDB files. When I open them they are just various letters,
symbols and boxes. Not readable. Can someone please advise
