Word 2007 Scroll

When I use my scroll wheel, the sizing of the text changes, instead of
moving the text up and down the screen. What's up?

Have you tried going into the Windows Control Panel and opening the
Mouse applet. This sounds like something that is controlled by the
mouse, not by Word.
