Hi,

Word 2007 table question.

I’ve inherited a table consisting of two rows forming one logical
entity (shown above).

I’d like add “rows” to the table (in reality the two elements).

All my efforts to date have failed and I’d be grateful for any
suggestions.

Could you perhaps copy a two-row section and save it as an AutoText
entry/Building Block?

If you Select a two-row block (or just one cell in each row) and then
[Ribbon > Table Tools > Layout tab > Insert Below], you will get two rows
added - with formatting as per the two selected rows.

But, of course, the contents of rows won't be duplicated (if that's what the OP
wanted).

If duplicated row contents are desirable, Suzanne's suggestion should do the
trick. :)
