Word 2007 Template Question

Is there a way to link rich text content so that you enter the information
once, and it is added other places too?

What do you mean by "rich text content"? Steve Rindsberg suggested in
another forum that custom document properties could be used to create blocks
of text that can be updated in one place and then fed through the rest of
the document.

Is that the type of thing you're looking to do?

Maybe you could provide a few more details--

I'm trying to set up a template with fields to fill in. I would like some of
the information to be entered in one field and then updated automatically in
other areas of the document. So, yes that thread be Steve might be useful -
could you direct me to it?
Thanks

ST,

Refer to Section 5 of what Mary posted. That's basically what Steve was
referring to.
