Word 2007- Word crashes on Open/New etc...

We have multiple users (but not all) that are experiencing Word crashes when
attempting to create a new doc or open an old doc. The event viewer show 2
events; an event ID 7100 and an event ID 1000. The latter shows 'faulting
module lmaae2da.dll. It appears to only occur for some users on a specific
HP model laptop. Would any one know what may be causing these crashes????

It is a Lexmark pcl printer driver ISSUE. Check to see if this is the latest
driver and remove install new driver if found or try a different printer to
confirm that it is a driver incompatibility.
