When I open Word 2007 and try to move within the document with the mouse or
highlight text it won't allow me to. However, I can move using the arrow
keys. When I try to close the document it will allow me to save it but an
error message comes up upon closing and say it's not responding. This occurs
over and over. I've installed all the latest updates, I've uninstalled and
reinstalled Microsoft Office, I've run diagnostics, I've scanned for
viruses......nothing works. I've wasted a tremendous amount of my day trying
to determine this problem. It happened once before and I shut my computer
down and restarted and that solved the problem for about 6 weeks. Didn't
work today. Any thoughts?
