I posted this question beforn, but I apologize if I missed the response.

What ribbon option do you fit three fit three lines from the second page of
a doc to the first page?

When you go to Print Preview, there is a Shrink One Page button on the
ribbon there.

This is quick but not always the best solution. See
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/FitCopy.htm for other methods.
