I have got the free trial and when using word for the first time something
came up about privacy i just clicked ok and didnt read it but now i cant use
word! when i try to write some thing it says it is locked? any ideas how and
what i change it to?

You did activate it?

Yeah its activated. i have used it earlier but then a pop up asked me
something regarding privacy and i just clicked ok and now it wont work!!!
