Word 2008 scroll bar

I can't find a vertical scroll bar when I'm creating documents in Word 2008. Does anybody know where to find it?

Make sure it is turned on via Word | Preferences | View.

In addition to what Daiya suggested keep in mind that if you're in a 1-page
doc using Print Layout, Publishing Layout or Notebook Layout view with Zoom
set to Whole Page or a lesser percentage the scroll bar won't appear because
it isn't needed.
