Word Abnormal Program Termination

In Word 2002 I get this message when typing a document.
"Microsoft Visual C++Runtime Library
X Runtime Error
Program:C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\Winword.exe
Abnormal Program Termination"
I removed Word 2002, reloaded, fully updated this and I get the same
happening.
