I am experiencing repeat problems when starting Word 97.
Every so often, launching the application from the
START/Programs will generate a Dr. Watson access violation
error. If I open a previously created document or empty
template, Word will launch fine.
THEN, when I reboot the machine, I get a blue screen
indicating that the ntvdm.exe file is corrupt. I can fix
this error, but I am at my wit's end about this problem,
which really only started happening recently.
I have NT 4, SP 6a, IE 6 SP1
Any ideas?
