Word Addin not loading

I have a shared addin that won't load. I can't debug it either.
Registry entries are right and it used to work. Works on other
machines but on one just stopped working.

Is there a hidden "disable" list?

Just figured it out. Checked the help menu item. It had it as a
disabled item.
