Whenever I open a document or try to open it, the computer
freezes. I close all the applications open and I get a bit
closer to seeing the document. I tried a patch, it doesn't
work. I used this website, and it doesn't tell anything
about the specific problem I'm having. I've seen
a "KernelDsomething.DLL" error once, but it never happened
again. The error message almost came up the last time it
happened, but it froze when I was about to see it. I tried
repairing it, it wouldn't work. I tried uninstalling it
and then reinstalling it, but those don't work either.
Help me, I need the program soon and I'm quite helpless in
my situation. Please email me if you have the answer!
