Word always open in "Mail" mode...

When I open Word, with empty doc, it starts with e-mail bars on top.
From "File" menù, "Send to" option, I can disable the "e-mail" bars
("To", "CC", "CCN", ecc), but when I open again Word this bars are still
there!

How can I remove this "configuration"?

It's Word in Office 2000 suite, with Win XP SP2.
It happen only with one user, with other users Word opens correctly with
an empty document, without e-mail tools.
