I am using XP pro and with Office 2003. I have HP LaserJet 5M as default
pritner and aslo a Minolta/QMS Magic color 2350 laser printer with the most
updated driver to print color copies.
When I try to select the Minolta Printer from the list of printers in Word
or Excel. Sometimes it works fine, other times the program crashes and
trying to send a error report to microsoft. I tried many things and it does
not solve the problem.
Please help.
