Word and Microsoft conflict

Hi,

I just installed Winfax Pro on my computer.
I have Windows XP. Since I have installed Winfax Pro,
Microsoft no longer opens. I have heard that a certain
file can be deleted to solve this problem. Would any of
you know which file it is ??? Thanks
