Word and Outlook cannot find Help files after reinstalling
Office 2000 Small Business. The Help files are installed
in the default location (C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office\1033) but both programs say they're
missing. AND they don't reinstall. I've tried numerous
clean reinstallations (after using the two Office 2000
eraser tools), done the KB 260200 procedure ("How to
Repair Corrupted or Damages Help Files") and so on. I've
run out of ideas. Hope you MVPs know what's going on here.
