Word and savinf as web page

Hello all I have a problem. I made a document avaiable to
my office and placed it on a common drive, but the doc has
a link in it as well. I save both the file and the target
for the link on the common drive, but when i email the
file and someone clicks on the link is says that it could
not open specific file. also when i save as a web page and
send it out the same thing happens.

I made sure that the link opint to the specific drive and
file name.

Pls help me

Did you insert the full UNC patch e.g. servername//folder/filename.doc ?

Yes i Have placed the full path of the server and I have
tried MVPS but they don't seem work. I have copied some
of the macros's MVPS has and it worked on my pc even when
the file is on the server but when i email the link wether
it be the Doc or the web page none of the macros work ?

I'm not sure what is going on. I suggest your try one of the Word VBA
Newsgroups and see if they have an idea.
