Word Answer Wizard Help

Hi,
I have a user who when he tries to Use Word 2000 help, the input boxes on
left where you search on keywords.. When you put mouse cursor over these
fields the cursor just turns into a horizontal double ended pointer and you
cannot input to these fields. Any ideas?
