I used to have Word set up as my default editor is Outlook
and now I am no longer able to use it I try to go back in
and check it so that it will make it my default again and
Outlook still will not allow me to use it. When I try to
write and email it pops up a message saying "This form
requires Word as your email editor, but Word is either
busy or cannot be found. The form will be opened in the
Outlook editor instead." We are using Microsoft Exchange
5.5 if that may have anything to do with it? As far as not
being able to find Word I have opened it and use it so I
know it is still on the system and not busy. Anyone have
any ideas on how to fix this?
