Word as e-mail editor

I installed sofware with my new iPaq PDA which asked me
if I wanted to upgrade to Outlook 2002. I did and now I
can't choose to edit e-mail with Word. The boxes are
grayed out. Any suggestions?

Remove Outlook 2002 and revert to Outlook 2000 that works fine with iPAQs
and other PPCs.

In order to use Word as your mail editor, the versions of Word and Outlook
must match. By installing Outlook 2002, you've broken the integration of
Word and Outlook.
