Word as editor for Outlook Express

How does one turn WSord on or off as Editor for Outlook
Express.

Help describes procedures for Outlook but for for Outlook
but not for Outlook Express

Express.

This is not to say, however, that you can't send documents from Word using
Outlook Express.
