Word as Email editor no longer works

I use the option to use Word as my email editor. Starting today every
time I go to write an email or reply to an email my Outlook hangs with
the screen that says "Starting Microsoft Office Word 2003 as your
email editor"

Any Ideas?

Did you upgrade either Word or Outlook but not both? If so, you need
to upgrade both in order to use them together.

Yes both are Office 2003
