Word as Outlook e-mail editor staying on top of other Windows.

Hi. I've always used Word as my Outlook e-mail editor for years. Lately,
it's been staying on top of other windows. For instance, if I want to toggle
(with my mouse, not alt-tab) to a window behind it, I can't unless I minimize
the Word e-mail. I can't find anything on disabling this. Any thoughts?
