When I receive e-mail with a Word attachment and look at it using "quick view" I get an error message stating "invalid page fault in module quickview.exe If I try to open the document not using quick view my computer locks up and must be restarted using ctrl alt delete. This is a relatively new problem (I have been using this computer for about 5 years with no problems). Any help would be appreciated.
