You can use the Visual Basic command ConvertNumberstoText, but I am not sure
that is what you should be doing. More likely, you should be applying a
non-numbered style to the text that you are inserting, unless that is you
are deleting numbered paragraphs and you want the remaining ones that follow
the deletion to retain their original numbering.
