Word automation is slow.

I have still an old problem:

I use text automation:

From ACCESS I insert text to Word at Bookmarks.

This procedure is slow.

As soon as I click a menu in Word it is faster.

I switch grammar, orthography and tags out before I start.

I use Word 2003/ACCESS 2003
