Word Automation Problems (Remotecontrol)

Hi,

i wrote an application in C# the use the WordObjectModel for remoting
control.

I have 70 customers and in 5 case, I had the problem, that I can not control
the word prog.
I get Errormessages as "Parameter wrong" Query not correct" and so on.
(After an new installation it works)

Right now, I have a costumer, he used Word 2000 on the workstation and on
the laptop.

On the Workstation it works not , on the l,aptop with the same office
version (same CD) it works.


Has somebody an idee, what the problem could be ?
Is there an easy solution, for this problem ?

As this is not C sharp newsgroup, can't tell whether we'll be able to
address yr quest.
Then again we might, because of the Word object model expertise represented
and hosted in this NG.

Maybe if you could kick in a bit/snippets of the code, people will be able
to detect yr problem.
