Word blinking cursor disapears

I have MS Office 2000 running on Windows 2000. Recently
my cursor stopped blink in Word. The Help screen talks
about fixing it with a right-left tab in Tools/Option. I
cannot find such a thing.

Help is welcome.

You will need to modify a Registry key to have cursor
blinking in MS Word HKEY_CURRENT_USERControl
PanelDesktopCursorBlinkRate The default value is 1200.
