Word cannot save document (error write-protected or damaged)

Hi

We have one user running on Office XP SP2 on terminal server (Windows
2000 SP3 and Citrix Metaframe XP FR3). When he saves a word document
it normally goes ok. But somethimes he gets this error message:

"Word cannot save or create this file. Make sure that the disk you
want to save the file on is not full, write-protected, or damaged."

If he change the name on the document, he can save the document as
usual. There are several others users running on the same terminal
server and there are no one else reporting this problem.

Have anyone had this problem?
