Word can't find printer

Hello,
I¹m running Office 2001 on my Mac G4 OS 9.2.2.

Recently I discovered that I cannot print from within Word (the other Office
apps are fine!). The error message is
³Word cannot print. Please select a printer from the chooser²

Obviously I¹ve tried this and it changes nothing. I have am Epson Stylus
Photo 890 ­ but as I said ­ the other applications work fine and I¹ve had my
computer nearly 2 years now.

Any ideas anyone???

It might be time to rebuild the desktop file. Give that a try.
