word close automatically when type some words

Hi,

I'm using MS Office Word 2003.
When I type some words (only the same words), the program close and no error
messages are displayed.
When I change the dictionary language, the problem do not occur.
Then, this can be associate with the dictionary.
I reinstall the Office (but Don't remove from Windows registry key), and the
problem keep.
What can I do to fix this problem ?
What are the .dll files associates with the dictionary, to I replace then for
the good ?

There are Fixes for Word 2002 Proofing Tools in Service Pack SP3.
