My employer just upgrated everyone's computer to Microsoft
Office 2003. I am now having a problem opening Word that I
did not have before and no one else in my office is
experiencing. I have Windows Professional 2000.
The problem occurrs when I minimize Word, so that there is
only a small word icon in the taskbar at the bottom of the
screen. When I click on that icon to open Word, frequently
Word will close completely instead of opening. I have
noticed this happening consistently when there is no open
Word document, but it may happen at other times as well.
Any idea why this is happening or what I should do?
