" Word could not load the e-mail envelop.... " err msg

I am using MS Office 2000. I have upgraded ( just outlook) OL2000 to OL2003
for its autofill of email addres feature.

But now when I used MS Word to send to email recipient ( File-->Send
to-->Mail Receipient ) , I got the err msg " Word could not load the e-mail
envelop. This could be caused by a network connection probelm or a problem
with your Office installation."

Can anyone help?

Unfortunately, when you use a different version of Outlook from that of Word
(or other Office apps) you lose some interaction/functionality. You can't do
what you used to from Word, Excel, etc., anymore, or use Word as email
editor, or do mail merges from Outlook, unless the versions match.

Personally, I think OL2003 is *so* much better than older versions, it's
often a reasonable sacrifice. YMMV.
