Word could not re-establish a DDE connection to MS Access...

I get the message "Word could not re-establish a DDE connection to MS Access
to complete the current task." while trying to get data from a MS Access
query from Office applications. This happened since a new PC with WinXP
Professional was installed. I'm using Office 2002 and MS Access 2003, the
same happened using MS Access 2000.
