word crash - page setup

Hello all

I am running word 2000 (office 2000) and when I attempt
to change the page layout word crashes. the rest of the
office suite is fine except for word.

As soon as I attempt to hit 'page setup' from the file
menu word crashes and have to reopen

any thoughts

The most likely cause is a damaged printer driver. Try deleting and
reinstalling the printer.
