WORD crashed (reason unknown) and it is now impossible to open the file. I just
get "is already open by user XYZ - would you like to open a copy"?
I deleted the $tempfile of this file, restarted WORD but still no luck. I also
loaded it, saved it as a different name - so have a file I can work on. But the
original file cannot be deleted. There seems to be a lock somewhere telling word
this file is still open.
Can someone please tell me how to fix this?
