Word crashed when print to a printer

MS word 2000 show error message and exit when printing a printer, but have
no problem printing to other printers.other MS programs like Excel have no
such issue.

It could be that this specific printer driver is damaged. Try deleting and
reinstalling the printer (with an updated driver if one is available).
