I am using Office 2002 small business edition on a PC
running Windows XP SP1. I am running McAfee antivirus
and internet security, AOL 9.0 and have an HP 6110 all-in-
one deskjet printer and LaserJet IIIp printer installed.
When I am doing a label mail merge in Word from an
Outlook data source, the program crashes. Every time.
It always occurs near the end of the mail merge wizard
process.
I tried copying down some of the error message.
AppName: winword.exe AppVer: 10.0.2627.0 ModName: unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 064b0eb7
I did a detecct and repair. I did a full
uninstall/reinstall. I updated to Office SP3. No luck.
