Word crashes in Citrix

We are running Word XP on Citrix servers. I recently upgraded a printer
on the network, and now the users are experiencing crashes when:

1) they go to print, and choose options so that they can select a
different tray;
2) sometimes when they select "Labels and Envelopes".
Anyone else experiencing this? Any solutions?

This would definitely suggest a corrupt or buggy printer driver.
