Word Crashes on Save

I've created a template that uses Autotext entries for body text and some VBA
to allow the user to change fields imbedded in the body and headers/footers
of a report. However, it seems the Save method I use in the VBA and even the
Save menu item cause Word to crash and burn fairly regularly. Does anyone
know why this happens?

The autotext entries and VBA are accessed from a custom menu I created.
