word crashes when copying brower text

just had hp reformat my hard drive while replacing the graphic card, why, i
dont know. however, when i reinstalled office xp with frontpage everything
seemed fine until i tried to copy and paste text from a browser window. word
freezes up when i click the paste button and i have to end word using task
manager. this did not happen before. any suggestions?

You need to use Paste Special and select unformatted text from drop down
menu.
